This map reflects the change in vendor spaces in the park during Miners Jubilee 2015 due to the construction of the Bandstand, and shows spaces already reserved as of April 10, 2015.

We're already planning for 2015!  The commercial applications for merchandise and food vendors for 2015 Miners Jubilee to be held July 17, 18 and 19  are available below as downloadable .pdf files. To access these, you'll need Acrobat Reader, available free at http://get.adobe.com/reader

We're proud to welcome aboard JJ Vela as our Summer Event Coordinator for Miners Jubilee.  JJ worked with the Baker County Chamber of Commerce on Miners Jubilee for the last two years, and will be the vendor contact before, during and after the event.  You can contact JJ at jjvela@bakercityherald.com, or 541-523-3673.

Individual Vendors can obtain event insurance through local agencies

Vendors who need to obtain liability insurance as required by the vendor contract and standards of operation may obtain individual policies for the three day event through Wheatland or Clarke and Clarke Insurance in Baker City.
